My 94 Camry won't start!!
Hi all,
I'm new this forum and really need help
I have a 94 Camry LE 4cyl Automatic trans.
And today the car just died on me.... I started but it takes awhile before it started. I drove for about 50 yards and everything just died...I have to push to the side. This is the first time that this kind of problem ever happened to me.
You have any ideas what the problem is? Thank you in advance for your help.

My mom's 93 Camry had a starting problem recently where the car wouldn't even crank. Turned out it was a bad distributor rotor. Might want to check that ...

Try pulling one of the spark plug wires off of the distributer cap while you are cranking the motor. If you can hear or see the spark, then you have spark. After cranking on the motor a little bit the plugs should get wet with fuel. If you remove one of the plugs after cranking on the car and the plug is dry, then you aren't getting any fuel. If you have spark and fuel, then your timing may be way off for some reason.
Those are just some things to try.
Good Luck

Pickup coil inside the distributor assembly was totally cracked!!
I tried a few junk yards for this part but no luck so I decided to go to the dealer and it cost me $70.15 for part.
Thanks everyone for your response!!
