Hub getting hot

When driving my car around, the whole locker starts getting hot on both sides. THe rear hubs get warm but usually never hot. When in 4wheel drive for a short period of time the front lockers get super hot super fast. The rear heat up faster it seems but not as bad as the front. the hub seems to be leaking a tad bit of oil so i was thinking that maybe water got in there and i just need to put some more oil in. Anyone had this problem before or have any ideas?

Are you sure it's not from stuck calipers, that'll heat up a front hub very quickly. If it is you'll find out soon, you're front brakes will be gone.

im pretty sure its not stuck calipers becase you can still roll forward on slight hills. The rotors were just changed so i gues the mechanics could have done something but i doubt it.
