How bad is a tiny hairline crack in my rotor?

How bad is a tiny hairline crack in my rotor?
I noticed one tiny hairline crack on the front brake rotor today. I know it's not good, but should I have cause for concern? I'm not having any brake problems (knock wood)........

Can you tell if the crack is all the way through the rotor? Is the crack from the center out across the radius? If not, is it towards the hub or the edge? Are these stock rotors?
No matter what the answers, I'd really suggest that the only driving you do is to get to Napa/Schuck's/{insert auto parts store here} and buy a new set - NOW. $60 is cheap versus what will happen if it shatters.
One good panic stop after some around-town driving and you'll be in trouble.

I had a crack in one of my rotors and it ran fine for a short trip but as the rotor heated up it would start binding when the cracked area went through the pads of the disk brake causing the steering wheel to jerk to the side with the cracked rotor. I think it had something to do with the rotor not expanding at the same rate all the way around. One side of the crack would expand at a different rate than the other do you're left with a "step" that would catch on the brake pads.
I'd really change the rotor out.
