3vze cam seals leaking

my seals are leaking I believe and its starting to get pretty bad, i already did my valve covers, and oil pan does not seem to be leaking from the front at least. Most of the oil is coming from the passenger side front and getting sprayed back during driving, when your cam seals leaked, was it a big leak? I also was wondering how long did it take to get the job done, including a new t belt, water pump and cam seals, how many hours am I looking at and is it any harder then replacing the valve covers? The valve covers were not too bad and I am a pretty acomplish mechanic with some training but I have never tackled something like this on a v6 with a t belt with motor in the car. any pointers and expierence yall can share would be greatly appreciated
