22re hesitates engine code 11

My 87 4runner will run just fine for days at a time and then the next day will be hard to start and hesitate. I replaced the o2, tps, and just about everything but the main relay. The engine is rebuilt and has good compression but if I pull the #1 plug wire when its running like crap it runs no worse. please help me!!!!!!!!!!
