1985 22re EFI Engine Sputtering!!!

when my 22re starts up it idles fine when its cold. then when you move it starts sputtering really bad when you press in the pedel. if you place it in N it will rev up but still sputter somewhat. Once the motor is warm it will run slightly better....any suggestions???
