v8 swaps

well theres more than just that engine. theres the 1uz-fe 4.0l v8 with or without vvt-i. 2uz-fe 4.7l v8 with or without vvt-i. and the 3vz-fe 4.3l v8 with out without vvt-i. the best for the money in my opinion is the 1uz-fe. the best outa the serise is the 3uz-fe. and also toyotas new v8's like outa the tundras. the ur serise engines. swap in. but to do any of these swaps. you have to buy a w58 bellhousing i believe. and a customs flywheel and clutch. there is a kit with all 3 of those item for i believe $800 on ebay. anyways. even they new motors will still bolt to the old transmissions. but u do need a manual trans for this swap. im unsure if it will work with an automatic. and if you have a 4wd. it will all still work. i wouldnt go over 400bhp though on stock toyota parts.

wiki search 1uzfe and 1urfse it will tell u mostly everything u need to know to figure out witch swap u wanna do. and car-part.com is a good place to find a deal on an engine
