ls swap questions/post your pics
I currently have a 4.3l 700r4 swap in my toyota, and it became a bust. I don't like it and it hasn't been treating me well at all. so me and my buddy got to talking and he pointed me towards a ls swap he is all hand into helping me do this one lol. my questions are
1. will it be easy? it probably wont be to bad but who knows..
2. will the 5.3L LS be just fine? I am on a budget.
3. what transmission to put behind it? i really would prefer manual. but auto i guess will be fine.
4. is the sas really recommended?
i probably have more questions later on. but what you guys can help me out with and ideas and stuff will be greatly appreciated. when i do, do this i am striping everything and going from square one. going painless wiring for the wiring portion.

the engine is nice dont get me wrong. it was a efi but my stupid younger self wanted carb so i did so. ever since then it just hasn't run right and the wiring is a mess. so i figured i would sell what i can and start over and just go little bigger. the 700r4 i dont like it and its not acting right since day one. i just wanna start all over with something different..

Ls header to fit in toyota
Today I tried to see if my factory headers would fit. Well they don't unfortunately. My frame is in the way. So does anyone here know of what style headers would fit best?. I'm thinking hooker but i don't know. The pic I put up doesn't show the factory one on it. This just gives a idea of the room
