Uh yea, I know how to fab, I put a 350 in my junk
Anyways, you diddnt mention you had a small block for in there. You just said "86 4Runner" so I assumed you still had the 4cy. You asked if it will FIT. I assumed by fit you meant "bolt in" ![]() You suck at the internet. What do you want to know? Build a crossmember, and go. Just do it. Tranny? Are you looking to go Ford, or keep it Toyota? R150/1 will hold up. Auto? Manual? C4/6? AOD? T5? T18? NP435?

well just bc you put a 350 in your Junk doesnt prove anything but if it makes you fell like you know somthing then more power to ya. My question is if anyone on here has used a c6 in a 4runner and if so what kind of clearance issues are their bc i havent purchased the trans yet so i cant mock it up im just trying to get an idea.

FINALLY! A specific question that I can answer!
I think it will fit just fine. The C6 isnt that big. I've pulled dozens of them out of equipment at work. If you want, I can get some rough measurements of one and you can measure your truck and see if it will fit. I think the hardest part will be fitting the transfer case.
