The 4.3 is the 3UZ Lexus right? Good luck with that one I have been looking for folks builds and haven't had much luck with that. And I heard that if you are keep the IFS in the front you can doa body lift, they say 2" works, or you have to find a front sump oil pan? On lexusextremes and uzswap.com they talk about this a little more in depth.
3UZ-FE- 4.3L, 290-300Hp, 325 ft. lb. ALuminum Block and Heads Lexus LS 430 Lexus GS 430 Lexus SC 430/Toyota Soarer Toyota Crown Majesta Super GT

Advanced adapters has some headers although I hate the design. they neglected to watch for the sensors when making the headers so a little grinding on the header flange may be in order. Kinda dumb of them but oh well. Also a nice header are some Sanderson's (i believe they are called not 100% on that tho). they dump pretty much straight down and are nice and short. Youll have to fab up the remaining.
You dont need a body lift or at least Im not using one. Youll need some new motor mount adapters that AA sells also. Or do what I did and make some Will give you a little leg room to work with if youd like to sit the motor where you want it. Keep in mind you do that and you have to change the tranny crossmember which by the sounds of it your gonna have to anyway. As for radiators a nice aluminium one will do you good. Im using a GMC box van aluminium radiator and the Mark IV 2spd fan (similar to the ford tarus fan but bigger) The radiator is to wide for the front so its in the bed area of my 4runner. Ide get the motor in and take some measurments and get a radiator that will fit in there and a nice fan. Check out my build threads. the links to them are at the bottom of my sig.
