thats pretty much all you need other than honing out the cylinder walls and machining the head,i had mine bored .30 over when i had mine rebuilt.
I recommend getting a new water pump not a reman. For the fact about a week after i got it back mine went out |

Check all the clearances and stuff. You might have to get the crank turned too if the motor is seized.
