He did not post it.
In our new Wiki are links called Discussion on each Wiki page. I have it set up so when someone clicks the Discussion link, it automatically creates a new thread in this forum section to discuss it, and adds that text. He hit it by mistake no doubt, a few others have done that too in this section.
