Land Rover wheel chocks

Got my fall issue of Overland Journal yesterday.
For those of you who do not know, this magazine rocks.
It has a lot of expedition type gear reviewed in it, plus trip reports from the US and abroad.

I was reading the Tire Maintenance article (part one, part two is next issue) and ran across some very cool wheel chocks that Expedition Exchange carries.

They fold flat for storage to about the size of three stacked CD cases.

I know I am going to be ordering a set of two or four of these.
Much better than grabbing a rock to block your tire when winching, or when using a Hi-Lift to change a tire.

Yeah, they are sweet, and suprisingly lightweight.

I've actually seen these at Walmart before, and I have a set. They work amazingly well, and are exactly what you said, easy to store and lightweight. I have another set that I carry with me.

Those look wild... FWIW Nissan used to include a set of those type of things in their tire change kits guess I'll have to remember to look for them next time I go yard cruising...
