Im in the middle of a major swap myself that includes disks all the way around. I found this and was just going to try what they did

https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116/rear-disc-swap-107749/

And if this don't work than Ill be finding a proportioning valve out of an older GM vehicial with disk brakes. I did this before on my blazer when I did the swap and it worked awsome.

i bought a proportioning valve that is a must when running disc in the back, there just isnt enough weight back there. but on the resivor that wont work with 3/4 ton or larger discs it just doesnt have enough volume for the calipers. what year are you doing your swap on? Rock stomper sells a kit for all 4 bolt master cyc. my 4 runner is a 97 or a gen 3 and no one has anything for that....i remember seeing a write up on pirate about a guy who used a chevy 1 ton with a vacuem boost style so that is what i am going to try.

Well mine is a 93. I just figured that Just as long as the proporting valve was set for rear disks it would be allright. I thought that once the system is full of fluid and blead out it would be ok.
But im not that far yet, makes me a little concerned because I've got a dana 60 up front with larger calipers on it than the rear will have.

Keep us up to date!

After making the above post I had to give Sky's Manufacturing a call to see if they made the adapter for a GM master cylinder.

http://www.sky-manufacturing.com/

I ended up ordering one myself. The kit consists of the adapter plate to put a GM master cylinder on a toyota brake booster and all of the attaching hardwear. Price was $35 and about $5-10 for shipping ill throw up a total when it arrives. It was a new guy that took my order and he wasent to fimiliar with the shipping part of the transaction.

Wow I really need to pay attention to what is written! I totally missed the year of the rig your working on. Any way, I don't see why you couldent make your own spacer like the Sky's or Rock Stomper but for your application.
