The front springs should work with the front hanger kit... But if i was you, i would put the 5" springs that came iwth the axle on Craigslist and use the IFS eliminator kit... you'll want all the other parts with the kit. knuckle rebuild, rotors, shocks, shock hoops, etc etc etc.
i am a Trail-gear dealer... so if you want to get the TG kit let me know, i can hook you up
