Where's Scuba?

Begin with lots of searching/reading. Use google too.
Lots of parts- try Trail gear, all-pro.
Front and rear gears must match if you don't want to break things.
Search for which gears depending on tire size.

Do you weld?

you'll want to get a SAS kit.... Marlin, Trail-gear, All-pro sell them

http://www.trail-gear.com/sas.html

You'll need to cut off all the IFS and weld the new spring hanger on up front.

you will need to have matching gears front and rear. Tcases dont like it if they dont match. the complete axle shoudl have 4.10 gears.

use this website and the vin code to find out what gears you currently have. http://www.off-road.com/trucks4x4/ar....jsp?id=274535 you may or may not have to regear the front to match the rear.

the rear driveline will be fine, you will most likey need a custom front drive line made to match the lift.

also, spend quite a bit of time reading thru here. http://www.yotatech.com/f152/ there are TONS of threads on TONS of rigs that have SASed.

i am a Trail-gear dealer, so if you decide to get the TG kit i listed above i can hook you up.

what part of oregon are in in?

I'm sure Scuba will have something to throw in.
Google is your friend. Look up the above mentioned links, also Marlin, SFA (which is solid front axle) also there different suspension set-ups like 4 link, 3 link, and leafs. Also look up longfields. (just for general axle knowledge) If you know how to weld that will certainly come in handy. And there is an entire section I would read before you do anything else.

Hope this is a good start.
