To SAS on an automatic pickup ?
Would it be fine to SAS on my 93 pick up ?
It's a v6, rear comes with 4.88 gears already.
Spoke with the local guys whom fab , and says doing so on an auto would be find ?
So to SAS on an auto or not ?
Swapping to an manual is a last resort.

Everyone knows automatic rules. All the cool guys ditch the manual for an auto. It's the new trend. All the cooler guys are keeping the IFS too, or wishing they could ditch the solid axle for an IFS setup.

From my seller.
Yota Barn
They go for $400 hub to hub complete (diff, knuckles, locking hubs...) I have a few to pick from.
I plan on rebuilding em ,& swap if what ever gear it may have .

The only thing different between an auto and a manual when SASing is that the auto tranny has a cooler right where the passenger shackle hole needs to be drilled through the frame. You will have to either relocate it or bypass it. Other than that no reason it can't be done That's what I will be dealing with my when SASing my Runner.
