SAS: straight axle swap. SAS... do you mean front axle from the junkyard? If so, that is where we all get them. Just make sure the housing is straight.

Most SAS kits will have what you need to swap the front axle from IFS to solid.

You'll need new gears to run 37's. You'll also need a new front DS. If you are tight on funds, search for "square driveshaft".

Also, I suggest you search and read quite a bit more about SAS projects. They have been done a lot and are considered simple by some, but there is still much that can be done incorrectly.

I would recommend reading through installation instructions online

There are ones on Marlins, All Pros and Trail Gears sites....familiarize yourself with the process involved.

I prefer armor, lockers/gears, tires when yours wear out and lift when you KNOW exactly what kind and how much you NEED (not how much you THINK you WANT)...

After I put in my locker, and a 1 inch body lift, I found that the only reason for a lift kit was the bigger tires and travel, and that I could wait, and do it right.

build what you want......

it sucks to finish, wheel it, then tear it down cause it doesnt perform like expected.

atleast 4.88's better 5.29's

your gonna need more than 4" for 37's
35's will rub with fender well mods and 5" springs

True. I've already did some trimming in the front. It doesn't rub anymore. The rear tires rub a bit. Just need to cut the wheel wells. I'm just to lazy right now.
