3rd Gen SAS(SAC) speedometer fix and 4WD indicator light fix

Well, I finally got around to posting up my info on how to fix the speedometer and the flashing 4wd indicator after performing a SAS on a 3rd Gen 4Runner. I suppose the Tacoma could apply to this as well, as they are pretty close.
