1994 4runner low sas
Here is my SAS complete. Thought I would share for everybody to take a peek.
I have a build thread as well, but thought I would break the build thread up into sub sections.
I have a 1994 4runner with a 1uz V8 in it.
I am a vendor for sky, so all the parts on this build are using sky parts. Here is the break down
Sky low profile spring hanger
Sky shock towers
Sky high steer
Sky custom built 3" springs
Sky boomerang shackles
Axle specs:
1984 solid axle. I upgraded and trussed the shock mounts upper and lower trussing using Marlin Crawler kit. It is completely rebuilt with bearings and seals from Marlin Crawler. I upgraded the birfs to 27 spline longfields with longfield hub gears. I am using the sky wide axle kit using FJ60 rotors, and V6 calipers. I am also using the sky upper truss and the sky diff guard.
I am using a 1994 FZJ80 front high pinion elocker diff, rebuilt with Yukon 4.88 gears and solid pinion spacer. I will be running an Off Road Solutions wiring kit for the 2 elockers on this rig.
The only thing I have left is a long spline front drive shaft.
The rear lift is using FJ80 rear springs and Skyjacker shocks.
I am running 315x75x16 geolanders on FZJ80 16x8 wheels.
Anybody have questions, feel free to post up. If anybody anyone is looking to get parts from Sky or Off Road Solutions, please feel free to pm me. I would be happy to help you get your SAS parts and some savings at the same time.

Still running stock inner shafts in the front axle?
What shocks did you end up using?
Details on the leaf pack?
Looks good!

Thanks
I bought the complete 27 spline shafts and birfs. So the axle shafts are all new.
I ended up using procomp ES300 shocks. They measure out at 34" extended, 19.5 collapsed, with 14.5" of travel.
The leaf pack is a newly built 7 leaf pack with 3" of lift over stock. I have the pin centered in the stock location. I would adjust the pin out 3/4" if I built them again. With this configuration I am running about 1/2" past the stock sitting location of the IFS hubs. With the movement of the front axle under compression I get closer than I would like to the pinch weld, thus why I would move the pin slightly forward on any future sets.
They flex out nice and actually fit the 35's really well. I didn't want a set of springs that push the axle so far forward that it looked out of proportion. This set puts the axle forward far enough that the 35's fit with no scrub. I did have the pinch weld pushed back from when I was running IFS and 33's. So I don't know for sure if there would be any scrub on the pinch weld in the stock location. If I was to fit anything bigger like 37's I would have to modify the pinch weld area I believe.
