One eyed cyclops checking in

Howdy youins, My wife just bought me a Toyota I've wanted since it was first lifted in 93. I'm the third owner of it. Mauzy bought it new and lifted it 6" the day he took delivery. He sold it to Randy in 2003 who proceeded to beat on it and never wax or polish it. He blew up the 4 cyl and in went a350/T350 combo. Custom headers, driveshafts and wiring and it was running...sort of. Randy was telling me last week he had a truck for sale and I had no clue he owned Mauzy's truck. He described the truck and I immediately knew what truck it was. I picked it up Saturday and limped it home. Washed and buffed it yesterday, wow it looks nearly as good as ten years ago! I'll try to get pics tonight. I'm a car junkie but have a soft spot for just about anything motorized. This truck is one that has always been at the top of the gotta have it list. I'll start wrenching on it this week to fix all the little bugaboos and search the forum on how to change the front gears, right now it has mid 5's gearset in front and 4:11/4:10 in the rear. I'm going to change to the lower numeric gearset in front. My user name is from my old blown 34 Chevy.
Dang I rambled on here, Chip.

I done wrote myself a note to get pics tonight and put them in my Phptobucket so I can post them. It has a racerback on the cab which I always despised on everything but this truck.

Pictures finally

I still have a bunch of work to do to make the engine compartment look right and make the engine run right. The body is tolerable til late winter early spring next year. It will get a pair of Eclipse titanium 10's probably and a 7" touch screen.

Nice truck. Looks like its only running a 3" body lift and possibly a minor suspension tweak.

Get rid of them thornbirds! Some of the worst tires out there
