Hi, I just picked up my 87 4Runner on Friday. It needs some work but I will be working on it to make it the truck that I know it can be :-) I live in New York (Long Island)

Thanks for the welcome. This is the pic that I pulled off ebay. I will probably start to take more this weekend.

This is my 2nd 4Runner. I had the "same" truck that I sold about 4 years ago and wanted it back so bad. I found this one on ebay, picked it up in Chicago and drove it home to NY :-)

I want a 4runner but I don't know. I'm really tossed up between my truck and extra cargo space ?

I paid 1600, It might have been 2 much, but it only has 140k on it, and I sold my last one with 230k for 1500 4 years ago... the body is not bad, needs a good cleaning some new paint.
I will have a few questions soon about EFI. The truck does have a carb, but it also has this

And a bunch of connectors under the hood that are not connected to anything.
