My advice on cold air setup, just get a replacement (K&N) for the stock box, the remote and ungaurded AF will sound good, and suck hot engine air, but will not give a performance gain im my opinion.
Good luck on the engine, go with headers first?.. Then maybe lockers of some sort. I am sure others will chime in here. |

Welcome to Yotatech.
My advice is get it running reliably first or all that other stuff is pointless.

Hey, thanks a ton all you guys for the welcome. I totally agree, making it run even more reliably than it already does is top priority for me. When I can afford it I'm gonna actually have the powertrain inspected and fixed up cuz I ain't no expert mechanic... THEN comes the decor, mods and little stuff! But of my F150, Sentra, and this I totally love this the best, hands DOWN!

Missoula County. Most of its mileage was in California tho. I got it from a guy who lived in the dustiest area in the world pretty much, cleaning all that out was/is tonsa fun. So now I mainly drive it on asphalt, and don't take it out on the highway too much, because the oil pressure gauge goes nuts (when I slow down after high speed, say 65+, it dips to the left) and I guess I need 20w-50 for my next change. Anybody use AMSOIL?

I wouldn't use synthetic oil in a vehicle with that many miles IMO. It could start a leak since it's got such high miles but it's still possible if it was taken care of really well.

ok I'll take note of that Buhundred. One nice thing is, she doesn't leak a drop for now. But after being ridden hard, I have noticed some burning. Sometimes, not every time.
