Your air cleaner is on the left side of the truck and the set up looks very similar to a 2.4LT diesel engine air cleaner set up so you could probably use or adapt any snorkel for a 89-94 truck (Hilux) or KZN135 Surf with no problems at all.
The only issue I can see might be the fender mounted portion maybe not fitting tight to the body because if the different curves on the metal. How many kms do you get to a tank of gas with that de-rated engine set-up? If you use the Safari Snorkel link posted above I think you want to look at the Hilux 106 series snorkels. I'd send them the picture of your engine and ask which one they think will work best for you... I think the diesel one would be the best fit to your air cleaner but I don't know for sure.
