Hello Me!
Been a lurker for some time ,had an '05 Tacoma and the old lady wouldn't let me mod then some things happened and we traded it in for a 99 4Runner Limited (has E-Locker). Well now I can tear into it without the ole wifey getting to nervous and as the funds come available.
First on the list is new suspension components and tires. I am considering OME N91S shocks with 881 springs for the front and OME N86's with the 890's for the rear. That is unless someone has a better suggestion for this quasi n00b. Tires, I'm probably going to get BFG A/T's Second. Sliders. Third. Bullbar w/ winch. Also considering a Yakima Load Warrior for carrying around the spare. |

Coilovers ARE great, but for a relatively noob wheeler, I think the OME's are a great choice, I know some guys who wheel relatively hardcore on an OME lift... buy what you can afford now, and wheel it until it doesnt cut it anymore. No need to try and build the baddest rig out there before you start wheelin.
