Hello I am newguy 32987!!

Hello everyone!! just picked up a 1993 v6 4runner with 125,000km I believe that is about 75,000miles. This is my 2nd, 2nd gen 4runner; i had one with 320k so I know how reliable these trucks are, albeit all toyotas are!
I am really excited about this vehicle, although its a change of pace from my WRX that I will be departing with. Here are some pics

I have a few newbie questions for you guys I hope you don't mind.
I noticed that the coolant resevoir was really low, is this cuase for concern (headgasket failure) or can it evaporate over time; the truck runs fantastic no smoke no white sludge in oil. The coolant smells really fishy so I am thinking it hasnt been flushed in a long while. I also noticed some green tarnish dry substance on top of the rad, possible the rad cap leaks a little?

The back window doesn't roll down.. big shock right ?? I hear little clicking noises in the rear, I am really hoping its a faulty relay rather than the motor. I saw a post that Matt16 made I will have to look into that when I have time..

The undercarriage and frame looks really solid but there is some very minor rust on the rear side chrome bumperettes and along the running boards. Im undecided if I should just remove the running boards and get some sorta aftermarket nerf bar or get a used set without the rust.

I have also noticed when driving at night around the temperature settings they dont light up, is this normal or do I need to replace bulbs? sorry if there are already write ups on this board im still learning to navigate these forums.
Looks as though the timing belt was done in 2001 at 42,000km I suppose I am due for a new timing belt??

Future plans: I want this truck to be a daily driver, but I would also love a little lift with slightly bigger tires.. 33's perhaps with maybe a 2" lift, will i need new shocks? sorry I am really noob when it comes to offroading etc... Any ideas on the cost of a lift like this (average) i do understand there are different types of lifts and tires etc.

I would love to hear from you guys on your thoughts!!

lots of your questions are covered if you search when you have time.. like yes bulbs small ones behind the temp thing..

your truck looks really clean!! i take it your from canada it looks the same colour as my hilux

i fit 32s on stock and you dont need new shocks.. they looks great .. get a mud terrrain.. or do a small body lift and fit your 32s..

your back window could be the motor if you take it apart and put a battery on each side it should go down or up.. if not it might be a relay,

for rusting i get my hilux KROWN oil sprayed works AMAZING just went yesterday and they took pics of my clean 91 cause its been oil sprayed since its been in canada!
