Hello, the southern Nevada / Las Vegas chapter of TTORA is under new management and has a new look and attitude. If you are interested in a mellow family oriented and fun off roading atmosphere come by and check us out at www.nvttora.com We are looking for new members of all experience levels and Toyota vehicle types, pickup, tacoma, tundra, 4runner, rav-4 whatever if it goes off road come on out and have some fun with us.

The site is not 100% operational as of now so bear with us.

Is that Mike Ross' truck in the header? Isn't he from Cali?

Site looks good, Lee and I are working on the TTORA-NE site currently also. Was the NV chapter there before but not active or what was the deal?

Not sure of whos truck that is, it was snapped at Moab 2 years ago b/c it looked cool.

The Chapter was around for almost 2 years prior but was not managed very well, so there was not a lot of interest. Things have since changed and will improve significantly as were now trying to be more mellow and family/ fun oriented as opposed to hardcore rockcrawling only.

Come on over and check things out, we can always use additional members and input.

Nope, I haven't been on any local events yet..

What would be nice is a listing of local spots.. I have no idea where Tie Rod canyon is, but I've heard about it.

Thats a good idea, theres a lot of stuff that still needs to be done.

Id be glad to show you where tie rod is, it rates about a 3 - 4 depending on how you drive it. Swing over to the www.nvttora.com site and we can discuss it there.

Took a few clicks for me to realize there was a regional board. Seems like it'd be better to link to the regional rather than the national forum from www.nvttora.com

It does link to the regional forum if you use the "members forum" link in the banner, and not the hyperlink at the bottom of the page. Most of the bugs are worked out, the rest is just windowdressing.

NO LONGER lacking an engine. :D :D
