Probably the best option is to find the trail you want to do and hang out at the trailhead for similarly built rigs to come by.
Something like Hell's Revenge you won't be waiting long I bet! Other option would be to call Moab 4x4 Outpost or one of the other shops and ask them. Last option would be to get a guided tour like Dan Mick, but that will be spendy.
