I need some advice on some good trails to run while im staying in durango next week, my dads taking his jeep and im taking my truck, kinda of a last family vacation before i go off to college.

If you haven't headed out yet (next week sort'a, or exactly next week?), head to Silverton and work the Animas Creek area. Lots of mild to slightly tough to a little nasty stuff up there, and you can actually get somewhere if you want to drive on through. I even took my WRX over Cinnamon Pass a few years ago.

Pick up a DeLorme map book in Durango and it's got lots of well-documented action in it. There are a few good adventure shops in Durango with decent guidebooks too. There's a week of stuff to do around there, even in a stockish rig.
