Is this a wise buy?

1991 4Runner SR5 V6 4X4, auto, 92k original miles...for $2500.00. (1 loose headlight, 1 dent in tailgate, and some bondoed rust spots above the wheel wells) I have not got this vehicle checked out by a certified mechanic, so just assuming everything checks out alright, is this a good buy?

Is the price too low for the mileage?

The previous owner of this 4Runner put a lift on it, although I cannot tell what kind of lift...would you keep the lift if it were yours? How do I take the lift off? Does the fact that most of its life has been in PA (wintery, salt, rust, etc.?) A really important one is, do you think the suspension is at risk in those winter salty road conditions?
