Trade my 95 Tacoma for 89 4runner?

My truck has 215k miles, 5 speed, 2.7 and in good overall condition. Runs great etc. I may have a trade for an 89 4runner with 214k miles, 5 speed 22r.
I know it comes down to what I like, but I also like to hear opinions, pro/con of the trade.
Thanks all.

It is almost a wash but personally I would keep the Taco.
Newer, it is a known quantity as far as your know what might be wrong with it. Move room for hauling crap.

4runner would be good if you only have one vehicle and need to haul 4 people. If you make the trade I think the other trading party is coming out ahead getting the taco..

I agree about the usefulness of a truck bed, and removing the top to haul large bulky items would be difficult. I do keep a camper top on my tacoma though, and have only removed it once in the ten years it's been on.

I have it in my head that it would make a great photography vehicle. Room for the equipment and easier to keep away from prying eyes than a reg cab and camper top.

Thanks dropzone.
