Should I buy this '89 4Runner?????

I have recently come across a 1989 4Runner with about 138,00 miles. It is in excellent and runs fine. Some exterior work could improve it but it still looks sharp with minimal rust and hardly any paint chips. The seller wants 2,800 firm for it. In ya'lls opinion, is that a fair price.

Blur Pic for some reason

You can see small rust on fiberglass top

it is a 20 year old truck, the miles are relatively low. I put 160K on my '86 Runner in 5 years and I bought it new.
the rust you show under the left side passenger window is an easy fix, you can get a new (used) trim piece for that. The rust around the rear fender lip is very common. That being said and this being a truck from the winter east, Do they salt the roads in Virginia like they do in New York? If so I would spend some time looking under the truck and examine the frame closely, any spots that look really bad take a wire brush and screw driver to see if the frame is rusted through.
The majority of the truck looks fine to me from the pictures you posted but there is some visible rust on the right rear spring and the right rear part of the rocker (just a head of the RR wheel). I would say that if the frame checks out, do a compression check, and the interior is in good shape it would be a decent deal (especially if it is a 22R-milage sucks on the 3.0 V6). Never hurts to dicker.
