Looking to get a yota, Need help

hey all, i totaled my jeep last week and am now in the market for a yota, I found an 86 with a sas. Here is a bit about it : custom SAS with 85 front axle, alcan 5" springs, u bolt flip kit, marlin hi-steer kit, custom shock hoops, all of the sas swap is custom(not a store bought kit, all factory 85 bracketry), bilstein 5150 shocks, 5.29 gears with solid spacers instead of crush sleeves, detroit locker in the rear, warn hubs in front, custom rear tube bumper, bud built belly up crossmember, 2" body lift, american racing 15x10" wheels with basically new 35" BFG M/T's. Its a clean truck, no cab rust, just the typical bed rust, I offered him 2900 and he said he would take 3. What do you guys think?
