Guy's asking $4k, said he's very negotiable, so probably a bit less. The allpro kit is about $2k, so I couldn't likely build that truck for that price..

Those are the factory welds on the front diff. Just because a weld looks pretty does not mean it's strong. Some of the nastiest looking welds out there have the best penetration. I would have moved the shackle angle back a little bit it will settle some after the springs break in. What is done to the rear? As far as the SAS goes it looks okay. Is the rest of the truck in good mechanical condition. Having something that runs and drives is more important than a solid axle.

The shackle angle I just noticed.. but the swap's only been on a couple months and the truck hasn't been wheeled (no front shaft!) so the springs'll likely settle, I'd imagine. The rear has the allpro kit (http://www.allprooffroad.com/8489sus...n/8689rearkits) - longer springs, new mounts and shackles, greasable pins, and bilsteins.
