lifted 93 ext cab

So I found yet another truck. Its a 93 ext cab, v6, 5 speed with 160k on the body and supposedly 60k on the engine. I say supposedly because I asked him if he had anything to show that the engine was replaced and he said no. And the reason it was replaced was because at 100k i guess the head gaskets went so he replaced the engine....
All the work I found out was done by the owner before him too. All around the truck does look really really clean, I actually couldn't find anything wrong with it. It has a new (looks like single stage) paint on it, and the whole underbody is coated with what looks like bedliner. It also has a 3in body lift, and a 4in superlift, and sits on 35in tires. He also told me that the person before him stuck $14k in it

idk if I believe that tho.The past two years hes had it hes stored it during the winter and there is no rust at all on this truck.
Hes asking $6500 and he said hes firm, I told him right away I wouldnt pay that much and Im pretty sure alot of people would agree. What do you guys think about it? Im thinking about offering him $5k for it.
