If it is an owners' club, I think it should be inclusive of all 4Runner owners.
I think 4Runner ownership should be the entrance ticket, not what you have done or do with your truck. The beauty of these vehicles is their versatility, and that should be reflective in the membership. I have taken elements from both camps in personalizing my truck. While I may not what 20” rims or 6” lift, I have learnt a great deal from both camps. EDIT - I do think that tacos, trucks (minis), & tundras should be included if they want to join. Trucks have always shared a large number of components with 4Runners.

yea, it is called 4runners OWNERS club...it would be different if it was 4runners off road club...so long as you own a 4runner or a variation, then welcome to the club and dont forget your "dues"....did we settle on how much those are if any??

Should be open to both. I almost feel like I am voting out of place since I don't own a 4-Runner.
