2 questions, and 4ROC-NY

Has anyone decided on rules/requirements for membership yet? Has anyone layed down any website guidlines yet? I'd be happy to start a 4ROC-NY site.

My runner has bee traded in *sniff* on an 06 SR5 long bed d-cab Tacoma. The tacoma is nice, but... *sniff* ... I'll update my site when I'm done grieving.

I assume they have been discussed and agreed upon by a reasonable number of appropriate people?

No, I've decided to become emperor of 4ROC and claim all of you as my subjects

The idea is post them and have people comment on them. Check the 4ROC thread in the main forum for what I suggested for the nat. org, I'm hoping to get out some for the state chapters as well for people to look at make, make suggestions, etc.
