I would rather see them building geothermal power plants than fossil fuel power plants. Another plus is that they recognize that the off-highway vehicle recreation is a "sensitive resource".
This is something that needs to be watched and monitored closely.

ok, that sucks. I will finish reading the draft provided and send in my comments to BLM or whomever is the appropriate party.

And in regard to the above statement about using water as opposed to oil for power, I agree to a degree. Except when it is put on public land. Eventually there will be so many of us living in cities and no place to go to get away. Luckily we still have quite a bit of open space in SoCal. The real solution: build more nuclear reactors, prabably the cleanest and lowest impact solution around. Maybe hook up the warship reactors to the grid here in SD instead of letting them sit idle...

One more reason to runa 4 banger with moderate exhaust. They pick on noise levels on page 3-7, 3-8.

They're always looking for anything to make us look bad.

Trash, noise, tearing up terrain, probably the 3 biggest reasons we give people like this a chance to stop us.
