Bulk order tires for cheap
Hey everyone out there that lives and wheels in New England!! So the government holds auctions on a daily basis on www.govliquidation.com and they always have various vehicle and HMMWV tires up for grabs. I was wondering if anyone had any interest, if a bunch of us could band together and order up a lot of tires. It usually hit or miss on whether not they have good deals or not, but sometimes you get some really badass deals! This one for example: http://www.govliquidation.com/auctio...&convertTo=USD Now this lot is a big one, with about 16 pallets of tires ranging from forklift tires to heavy vehicle tires, but they do have quite a few other options up there for grabs, mostly a set of 4 or 5 tires that are usually in excellent shape. The only catch with something like this that the buyer needs to arrange shipping and obviously pay shipping costs. I would be more than willing to facilitate a bulk order on some of this stuff if there is enough interest, so if there is a big enough following and enough people are interested to make it worthwhile, we could probably all score some pretty decent tires for pretty damn cheap!
one other setback I should mention about some of these tires is that if they were originally for a HMMWV, the wheel size is an odd one at 16.5, so we would most likely have to source some new wheels, but I believe these can also be purchased in bulk from the website. If anyone is interested, post up and maybe we can work something out for a whole bunch of people to get some sweet new rubber for all those nasty rigs that pollute the roads of NH, VT, Mass and Maine!!

Thats the exact reason I havent gone for this yet, the 16.5 rim isnt exactly ideal lol. Not all the tires are 16.5, they do have normal size tires on there pretty often, but I figured I would at least give people the heads up about a way to get some really good deals on some pretty decent rubber!
