You can easily measure the back spacing on the wheels you have and go from there:

11.5s will stick out on either backspace available. the lower the number, the farther they will stick out. i went with 3.5 on my 15x8s and with 10.5" skins they just come outside the fender well. you'll have another inch of rubber.
bear in mind when turning full lock you may rub the outer edge of the tire if you don't have some lift

The closer the backspacing is to stock the less likely the tires are to rub. Why? The closer the wheels/tires are to the body, the smaller the arc they sweep out while steering and it is when that arc of the tire intersects the arch of the wheel well that you have rubbing:

well, the catch with that width tire is without some lift, you may rub regardless of back space.
if you have a smaller backspace, like 3.5", you move the wheel out, and can rub the outer edge of the tire. with a 4.25" backspace, you risk rubbing the inside edge of the tire. it depends on your lift, if any, and the actual size of the tire, which varies by manufacturer regardless of the size they "name" it. do you have any lift at all?

aw jeez, my bad. i did not see T100. if you do go with soft 8's, i can recommend summit racing for price. i got mine there for $40 each i believe. i was able to pick them up at the local store though.

I have 31x10.5x15. Should I get 4 or 3.75 in back spacing? I have a 4crawler 1" body lift on the way.

Either will work, stock is around 4.75" so your tires will be sticking out wider than they do now.
