toyota t100 4wd disk removal

Has any on e out there replaced the brake disks on a 95 4wd toyota xtra cab SR5?

I cant figure out how to get the disk off,I have tried removing every bolt around it and looks like it might need a pull tool, can anyone help out there?

You mean the front rotors?

Unbolt caliper and housing, remove hub-it will come right off.

You unbolted all the bolts around the hub, then removed the cone washers?

http://www.4x4wire.com/toyota/tech/autohub/

If that doesnt work then I am stumped, you gotta remove the hub assembly to get the rotors off period, there is no other way.

remove wheel
remove caliper and hang it out of the way,
remove hub assembly, youll need a 54mm socket to remove the entire spindle assembly, from there the hub and rotor will slide off, careful not to drop those bearings in the dirt, 14mm socket to remove rotor from hub...clean/repack bearings while your in there,

little more involved than a Mustang front end where the caliper unbolts and rotor slides off...but not too difficult..

pull the calipers off. remove the grease cap. remove bolt and washer under grease cap. remove six nuts and washers that hold hub end cap on. if it won't come off to easily, there are two threaded holes in the end cap that can be used to pull cap off. find the right bolts for the hole and start treading them in. they will hit against another part of the hub and push the cap off. once the cap is off, remove the big nut and washer that secure and preload the bearings. pull rotor and hub assembly off the spindle. let us know how things go and post picture of your hub and rotor if you are havinbg trouble.
