Sounds like you have a tire out of balance or out of round. If those both check out alright it may be the idler arm is worn and allow the frontend to move. I have had this problem. It turned out that 33" mud terrains with no weights on them make the front end shake like mad. Who would have thunk it.

I have the 3.4L with a manual tranny.

Hey guys, I have a 94 4x4 and I just got a notice from Toyota that the steering relay rod is being recalled... you might want to check into this. You could get some free steering parts replaced.
