Fuel pump relay???

Fuel pump relay???
So I'm still working on this 1996 t100, heads are in timing is set. Vacuum lines are routed and ready to go. The problem is when I hit the key I get zero fuel, so I thought bad fuel pump. Pulled the bed and dropped the tank to gain access, checked the wires for power with the key on and nothing. So I made a jumper wire and voila the pump is alive. This tells me that there has to be a relay or fuse bad. I've checked the part online so I can identify it but can't find anything that looks similar. So my question is where is the fuel pump relay located? Any help with this is greatly appreciated..

Did you check yer fuses? The 15A EFI fuse is the one that sends power to the fuel pump via the Circuit Opening Relay (aka fuel pump relay). The other one is the 7.5A IGN fuse that sends the control power to the relay. Are you sure yer fuel pump is working?
