Do you mean an engine diagram?
I use my Factory Service Manual (FSM) or Village Toyota Parts for any diagrams I need.
Just type on your Truck's information and click on the "group" that you want to look at.

I do not think there is a single diagram for everything is bolted or connected to the engine. Usually Toyota breaks the diagrams up into different systems such as a diagram for the sensors and switches, another for the head, and another the bottom end. Any accessories the bolt up to the engine also have separate diagrams.
