Should be able to, might have a bit of rub. I'm running 33X12.5 on a stock 4runner and after it ripped part of the rear bumper off it no longer rubs.
![]() It was hit at some point and was pushed in some. I had to remove the front mud flaps as well, they were rubbing.

Try it out and if it rubs too much lift or cut...but I think you'll be alright.

Pull out all the plastic liners and pound the seam flat on the firewall/fenderwell. They will fit

I am running 32's on stock rims, no lift.
I get a wee bit of rub at full lock. 33's should rub more...put in a body lift! They are only about a hundred bucks or so. |

I ran 285/75/16's, equal to a 33x12.50x15 (more or less) for years with only a slight rubbing with the wheel turned at full lock. No cutting or hammering the pinch weld and no issues.
I've since added 1" ball joint spacers and eliminated that rub. I also moved up to a 255/85/16, equal to a 33x10.50x16 (more or less) with only the spacers and still no rubbing. .

Well we went for a bit of trail runs yesterday and I only had some rubbing on the pritties on the rear. Bumper and some molding. Ripped the molding off and I'm going to remover the side bumper this week. My rear coil are shot on the runner, so keep that in mind.

Well If I can get the rest off without destroying them I'll post them up. I had to make trail modifications so they were not in the best of shape.

yes you can run 33's with a stock lift but you will have to sacrifice the front mud flaps (if you still have them) and jacking up the torsions a wee bit
