Bucket seats for T100

Now, I know there are threads about bucket seats for the T100s and which will fit, but theyr all about the 60/40 bench seats. I have a single cab with the solid bench seat, does this have the same bolt pattern as the 60/40? will the buckets take up more room? i am already too close to the steering wheel because of my sub box behind my seat, i am just trying to do this to have room to mount my ipad and have the seat muffle the sound less.

any advice is appreciated.

How tall are you, how is the pad being mounted, what size sub, prefabbed or custom box?

I'm 6'2 have my I pad mounted and have a 10 inch sub and I fit just fine with a bench seat, and this is with a 91 single.

bench seat only has supports on the outside, 60/40 should be using the inside mount hole also. While not the same model or year, my 94 has two holes on the inside at the forward mount position. At any rate you'll have holes in the middle/inner they're all stamped the same, might be missing the nuts but they're easy to add.

im 6'1" and i have 2 12s in a custom 4 cu. ft. box. it takes up alot of space but i think it was worth it. i have the amp in the middle and my seat against my amp. with bucket seats my amp will be in-between my seats and let me scoot them back further. I talked to someone about getting bucket seats from a 4runner for $30

The pad being mounted is not the issue, my port is in the middle and i would like more air flow through the center of the truck and not the sides of the seat, mainly because my doors will buckle under heavy bass and i dont want to chip paint and leg room is also a concern, basically if i were to get in a head on collision and not wear my seatbelt, my nose would hit the top of the steering wheel easy. yay.
my pad will be mounted in-between the seats where i can easily access it, i have enough stuff on my dash (DVD player, CB radio, switch panel...)
I'll post more on my build thread when i get the seats figured out
I will take a look and post a pic of the current seat mounts in the morning.

Doesn't really help but you can sorta see how much room is between the dash and the passenger side seat

Well dang!! Didn't know you were breaking some silly db with 2 12's, I had to sacrifice my bass for just one 10 with a little amp, I would like more but I would be in your same boat

I guess it just depends on what you want to sacrifice for practicality, I lost a little space with the 10 but not much, I could go 2 clicks more and fit 2 12's but it would make the ride silly and I'm getting old anyway, I just want it to sound good being is I have already ruined my hearing with my past vehicles its time to be comfortable

Yea post what you do on your build thread, sorry I have no good solutions but not really too many options with what your trying to pack up in that thing!!

I got seats from a Jeep Cherokee, they bolt right in on the outside, but need shortened. also, the back sticks out and hits my box, is there a way to cut some of the back out in the shoulder area without the seat falling apart? i will be putting seat covers on them if that helps.

I've got a question.. Do any of you know if they make a suspension lift for a 98 T100? Was told Saturday that had to do a body lift because they don't make a kit for a 98 T100 anymore?
