My friend has a 1980 Pickup, when he got it the wipers didn't work and it had a rough idle, after a few weeks the wipers started working and the rough idle went away. So out of sight out of mind.
Just today the wipers quit working and the idle is rough again, wanting to stall at lights and just generally being a PITA.

He checked the fuses and they are all fine, has anybody dealt with this before?

I decided that I needed a new hobby on a Wednesday and that off-roading was going to be it.

By Friday I found myself the proud 3rd owner of a:
'92 4Runner, 3.0L V6 4x4, 5 speed, 2” body lift, 2.5” suspension lift (OME HD coils in back and BJ spacers in front), Off-road pan hard drop bracket, off-road idler arm gusset, off-road IFS front truss brace (all Downey), all stacked on 33"s.
