I think one of the door sensors is bad because the truck thinks a door is open. Doors won't lock, while driving or with alarm faub while off. and the dome light will always be on if I leave it on "door". just not willing to dive into removing the sensors and testing.
ANy other places to test these besides removing the unit from the door?


how bout a colored wire from the wire harness feed going to the door or access under the dash?

It might help to give just a little hint of what you might be working on.

Hint I would bet the drivers door because it sees the most use.

Your going to need to remove it to replace .

Sorry, I do not know where to check on an Escalade. Don't know wire colors on those either.
