Real-World Pictures of your Auxiliary Lighting Output

We can use this thread to document actual performance of various off-road/driving/fog lights out there to help others decide on which product to buy.

__________

A member here asked me to provide pictures showing the light output of my driving lights, the Lightforce 240s.

Lo-Beams only

Hi -Beams only

240s only

Lo-Beams + 240s

Hi-Beams + 240s

Hi-Beams + 240s 2 (different light pattern on 240s)

The Lights

These pictures were taken on the top of my truck just in front of the sunroof. They don't do the lights the best justice, they look brighter and better in person, but this gives you an idea of their perfromance.

This thread is just full of posts by people saying they will post photos and never did. Here is a video I took of mine, for a thread exactly like this.

off topic did you catch any of the games?
I had a set of el cheapo CT driving lights on my old truck aimed using same method as headlights and they worked great I could light a stop sign at about 3 kms. but had no problems blinding other drivers.

I got my 2 hella 500s and they are aimed down too far, but that means I can use them during normal driving...I drilled the holes to close to the grill!

just get 2 flat recutangular pieces of metal and extend the light out a couple inches. I used an l bracket on the front bumper mount bolt to try out some mounting ideas.

I got two sets of PIAA 520's, one pair with the Xtreme White bulb package. Both pairs are on my surco, and when pointed straight, it seems like it's daylight, yet, the price was a b****, near 500 for all 4 when it was all said and done.
