Red face

First how did this issue start??

You did a tune up now no spark??

Just driving along and it quit??

Does the engine crank??

Have you checked all the electrical system??

Battery has a full charge and holds a charge??

All the fuses and fusible links intact?? Fuses tight in the female sockets ??

battery terminals clean and tight??

All the grounds clean and tight ?? not just a quick look the one for the ecu is very important.

Do you have battery voltage at the positive side of the coil with the key in the run position??

Long story short this is a project truck it sat for three years, was parked because the crank spun a bearing. Like I said it is a 1990 sr 5 3.0 v6, everything worked to the best of my knowledge when it was parked. I have since replaced the crank with new and put motor back in, rehooked everything, changed the cap rotor plugs wires, have gone through the flow chart and tested everything from ohm to voltages and even air gaps for the pickup coils. Checked and rechecked all wiring and grounds. Everything works, just no spark. Starting to wonder if something in the ECU has gone wrong. If ayone has any other ideas that would be great. I dont want to have to take it to the shop but I am running out of options. Thanks.

Should also state that I tried to run a diagnostic on it but the area in my dash where the check engine light is has no power so I cant even see if it has any codes.
